You will wear appropriate protective gear, including a DOT-approved helmet.
You will ensure that minors operate vehicles only under proper supervision and only in accordance with local laws.
BLP Motor is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, racing, stunt riding, or unsafe operation.
3. Product Modifications
Unauthorized modifications, including but not limited to engine adjustments, electrical system changes, removal of safety equipment, or performance enhancements, may:
Void warranties,
Increase risk of injury,
Violate federal or state regulations.
You assume full responsibility for all consequences of modifying any BLP Motor product.
4. Warranty
BLP Motor products may include a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by model and may include requirements such as:
Use of authorized parts and service centers,
Proper vehicle maintenance,
Registration of the product with proof of purchase.
Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear,

Availability of vehicles, parts, and accessories may vary by region.
7. Returns & Refunds
Return and refund policies vary by product category and dealer. Unless required by law:
Vehicles are typically non-returnable once used, titled, or registered.
All returns require prior authorization.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability
